1/4 cup Apple Butter
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. non flavored oil
2 tbsp. water
A pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cups slices almonds
Preheat oven to 300 deg.
Whisk the first six ingredients.
Add the rest and completely coat all the ingredients.
Spread the granola on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes till the granola is dry and slightly browned stirring a couple of times in between.
Remove from oven and stir and spread the granola in a single layer.
When cool store in an air tight container.
