Spiced Almonds w/ Apple butter
2 cups almonds
1 tbsp. apple butter
Spice mix [1/4 tsp. of salt+pepper+smoked paprika+cumin powder]
Pre heat oven to 350.
Toast almonds for about 8 minutes, turning once.
Remove the almonds from oven and drop it immediately in a brown paper lunch bag.
Add a tablespoon of Apple butter to the almonds.
Add the spices and shake the bag till the spices adhere.*
Cool on a flat surface.
*Please be careful while shaking, the almonds are hot!
