I was cruelly led to believe, when I was young, that Valentine’s Day was reserved ONLY for those closest to us—that it was weird to wish strangers or acquaintances a Happy Valentine’s Day. That would be equal to telling them I love them. But aren’t we suppose toOf course, I’m bringing up Valentine’s Day because it’s February, and it’s a BIG deal. It’s bigger than just flowers or dinner with that special someone. I would like to share this quote that conveys the meaning of love.
“Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres”.
